Build a Website

We are seeking someone to development a combination matchmaking and Social Media website with Chat capabilities. The user will be able to jump from one application to another by a click of the button. We want the site to be programed using XHTML, PHP or ASP with Mysql and back end or Admin panel. Please do not propose a blog type website such as Wordpress. This site will require will be fully responsive and automated. After all major details are given; we will need the candidate to give us a fix cost and not an hourly charge. Also we will require the programmer to do the graphics for the site. If they cannot do the graphics, they must find someone to sub out the work. Some but not all photos or pic files will be given. The candidate we choose, must have developed either a matchmaking site or social media site in the past and we will need to see previous work done or similar. Also we will need references. Please note that the Candidate must be able to communicate efficiently in English and follow directions closely, not have to have us repeat the instructions twice to get things done. The candidate will need to have a strong background in matching algorithm in a web environment and also the mechanics of how social media works, such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google Plus and so on. The Candidate must have some general knowledge of SEO when creating the site. Members will have the capability to upload pictures videos and share them and also comment, like and unlike. Also members will be able to be match with one choice, a online chat friend, seek a marriage partner, seek a business partner or a intellectual partner. They will also have use of a resource page to download files and ebooks that we will provide or send them to third party links to purchase services and products. The user will be able chat with more than one person at the same time, and be able to upload photos, files and voice messages. Also, the candidate need to devise a way that we can verify each customer to make sure they are real and not a scammer. The candidate will also have knowledge in setting up an a real time chat room on the page, payment gateway, and database MSQL. Will need quick turnaround such as complete the job within 8 weeks and be committed to work with us on a full time daily basis and willing to be able to make as many edit as need to within reason. Any changes outside of the scope will be discuss for additional payment. After the website is completed, we will need to beta test the website and require the candidate to make changes until functions correctly. After the site functions property, we will need the candidate to continue servicing the site on an ongoing paid basis.
