Learning Management System:
1) Dynamic website with homepage, contact us form to save enquiries, dynamic blog postings with archives, book a free trial page, pricing, testimonials and few more pages.
2) Student enrolment module for individual students with parent’s information.
3) Teacher registration module for individual teachers or Manager (2 level roles).
4) Parents/students should be able to purchase credits/purchase hours using Paypal (No need to store CC info) with discount code.
5) Gift voucher facility linked to students
6) CMS to administrate and manage all these modules.
7) Sign in/out page based on Student/Parent/teacher/Admin.
Student Management Module:
1. Every student will have their own landing page with settings page to personalize such as photo and background colour of their pages.
2. Students should be able to view upcoming Classes/events
3. Parent/Student should be able to schedule/cancel/modify classes with specific notice period (Ex. Students can’t cancel or modify the class if is less than 48 hours) and on the hour or half past hour.
4. Launch attend class module with third party integration such as wiziq(License will be provided)
5. View past attendance history
6. Class recordings history (Recordings will be provided by third party company) with specific subject category sorted by month with date and time.
7. Subjects Management linked to Students
8. Credits can be redeemed at this module only.
9. Students will be able to view teacher’s name/photo/qualification and description. This must be hidden by default, Administrator will enable it if it required.
Parent view:
1. Landing page with their details and messages
2. Add/modify/archive children details
3. Subjects Management- This should be completely dynamic as different countries will have different module/names. Basically parents are able to specify age, subjects interested, which level and Description box.
4. Parents/students should be able to purchase credits/purchase courses using paypal (No need to store CC info) including gift voucher facility with discount code
5. Children’s attendance details and any reports.
6. View purchase history, class purchase history and Balance with Expiry date.
7. Request page to withdraw any balance back their account.
Teacher Management Module:
1. Individual registration system with add/modify/delete their personal information
2. HeadTeacher role will be able to add/modify/retire their own teachers
3. Head teacher will be able to view their subordinates details and their schedules etc
4. Individual HT’s can’t view other HT’s details or subordinates
5. Users able to view their classes and student details, progress etc
6. Users were able to launch class.
7. Both Users can’t view student’s personal information
8. Teachers will be able to record student’s progress or any other details every week.
a. One box for teachers view only
b. One box for teachers and parent/student view
9. Able to award points to students in the form of badges which will be displayed to student’s landing page.
Gift voucher Module:
1. User will be able to purchase credits for any particular student with Greetings Messages.
2. This module should send emails to senders and receivers with gift voucher details
3. Parents will be able to apply this code to purchase credits for the student.
Administrator module:
1. Able to setup/manage all modules
2. Ability to setup country level and currency level settings
3. Complete CMS to manage the website
4. Revenue reports based on HeadTeacher or Individual teachers
5. Complete revenue report breakdown with customized day/week/month and year
6. Able to send and receive emails
7. MIS reports such as number of booked classes per day/week/month/year with break downs based on teachers.
8. Return money to parents if it is necessary via Paypal.
Compliance Requirements:
1. Website should work with major browsers and 10inch display devices such as IPad
2. User should accept cookie policy
3. Any other security requirements such SSL certificate etc.
General Requirements:
1. Ensure that the site indexed on google/yahoo and msn.
2. SEO friendly website.
3. Utilizing CSS is essential.
4. Modules are integrated wherever it is required.
5. Social media Integration
Installation and Initial Setup:
1. Supplier is responsible to ensure the site is up and running without any bugs.
2. Source code will be handed over to us and can’t use the same code and concept to any other clients.
3. we will provide logo and the website content/you may have to use your own images
