Steam users will send their skins to a bot that will accept the trade offer and put them into the current pot. The website will tell them the skins they put in, the percent they have of winning, and the countdown to when it selects a winner. It starts counting down from 3 minutes and should only start when there are two or more players in the pot. It should select a winner randomly based on how much money they put in and only when the timer runs out or when it hits a maximum of 70 skins.
Once the winner is chosen the bot send them their winnings.10% of the winnings should be kept for commission. If the user who wins has the website name in their steam name only 5% is taken as commission.
