Actually most of the work will be done in a day and you will constantly check on my progress. As for the CMS I think Wordpress would be the best tool to use. I am not sure why you don't like it but I am guessing it's because of a previous unpleasant experience with a un-knowledgeable Wordpress developer. Everything should be easy on the end user in that CMS and if it's not then possibly the developer doesn't know it's job. As an alternative Joomla is also excellent choice which we could use. I recommend Joomla as a CMS. I could install this evening/night the last free version of Joomla + a free template (enough for what you need to be done, as I have seen in the PDF attached) + info from your PDF. I can not work tomorrow, on sunday. I'll be back on monday, if necessary. The price 750 is to much anyway for such a minimal site. The job should be paid/hour. It can be done in 5 ... max 10h.
