Hi. My name is John. I specialize in data scraping and web crawling but I am web developer as well. At first I have to tell you that $250 for website like that is incredibly little money. No one can do that so cheap from scratch if you want quality (or something what works). But I once did something like the website you want so I have something like "base skeleton" >> It's 70% done. I am building websites in ASP.NET MVC and C#.. For database I use MSSQL and Entity Framework. For data scraping (getting data from NBA website) I usually use Python or C# with my own framework. Something about me >> I have IQ 144 (Mensa certified), I have 3 years of experience (3 years of intensive programming for companies). I won few cool programming competitions in The Czech Republic. I am relatively cheap programmer (I want about $15/hour). I am really good algorithm designer etc. If you have any question, feel free to ask me.

I can query the data from your source website directly into a data model and then create drag/drop visualizations using it. I can also create custom measures of this data. Finally, I can schedule it to refresh or update in real-time. I can make this available for desktop, mobile and tablet via the Power BI app. You can then embed the visualizations into your own website.
