Build a Website

Looking for a basic CMS (Content management System) to be created. This is a very basic system and somebody with good PHP, MySQL skills should be able to do this very easily. Usually i would do this myself however i am running short on time. Overview: I need a very basic , but well presented, CMS. The content to be managed will be two things. 1. Offers - Fields will be Offer ID, Name, Title, Description (HTML - rich text editor - I usually use CKEditor) Published Date, Valid To Date (would like date selection and validation on all dates). 2. Menu Items - so picture (should be able to upload a picture to be stored in the database), price, description, published date, category (i.e. starter, main, etc) The homepage of the CMS should contain the following: 1. Space for customer logo, 2. Two tables, one showing the 'offers' ordered by date the other the menu items 3. Log out button The system should allow you to modify, delete and create new entries. No front end needed. This will purely be an admin panel for my customers to use - eventually feeding into a mobile app which I will integrate. [login to view URL] Should be a very easy project for a professional. As for design, i am looking for something simplistic - possubly using googles Material Design. All scripts should be included, including sql to create the database. Looking for a fast turnaround on this, hence the reasonable price. Any questions, please let me know.
