This is a personal website which should include:
Rule of design: an approach like Apple on design and simplicity.
1. To support Romanian diacritical signs (ex: ă, â, î, ș,ț). For example, I tried on a wordpress theme were the diacritical signs were seen normal on Macbook, but bigger on Windows.
2. Picture with myself and the city (see Attachment 1 & 2). In the end should look like Attachment 3. It can be used a bleu-marine background instead of Attachement 2 (like on [login to view URL]) or another other colors which you think appropriate.
3. In the top of the website I should have categories like. Despre mine, Training, Jobs, Evenimente, Newsletter si Contact. (see Attachment 4)
3. Under the central picture (see point no. 2) the blog should have the following categories: Business, Social, Life, Apps, Travel. (see Attachment 5). Everyone should have a specific design, not only text. (you can consult again Attachment 5)
4. In the lateral (right part) I would like to have Social media + RSS. These are my links:

5. Also in the right part should have a section called My Projects and should contain Logo + Name + Short description (see attachement 6):
6. Instagram photos (see Attachment 7)
7. Cell where people cand sign up to receive articles on email (see Attachment 8)
8. The lower part of the blog should have the same categories from the top up (see Attachment 4 again)
9. The articles should contain a photo, some text and "Read more" if they are interested. Should also have tags colored and different colors for date and comments. (for all of these please see Attachment 9)
10. Font, size and color should be the same like the one from www.QZ.com. (if is needed I can buy a font). I also like Apple font (Helvetica Neue)
11. The background of the blog should be white and follow Apple lines of design.
12. Ads: top of the page under the main page (slider?) it will be a banner and n lateral right I should be a Square. (see Attachment 10 and 11)
13. If I should buy a wordpress theme that is fine.
Questions:
1. Who will take care of maintenance after the website is done?Cine se ocupa de mentenanta de dupa? (eg: wordpress updates, update website, other changes?)
2. At what cost can you offer the ones mentioned above (and other?) if you can?
