Build a Website - Regular work

I need a designer/developer who can work with me on monthly basis. I will be paying you 10-15k/month and you will be designing/developing websites for me. Most of them will be basic with an admin panel and some might be a little complex.

Monthly Pay - INR 10-15k/month

Work Hours - 30-40/week

Skills :- PHP, MYSQL, basic web designing, HTML,

If you have experience with CI or ROR you will be given preference.
