Build Website/Templates for Pilotsmith, INC in HTML5/CSS

I am a software developer and developing the e-commerce applications for our website, however, I’m not a CSS/HTML person. For this reason I need a web designer/graphics person to work with to help build us a fully functional and good looking website. We are looking for all work to be completed by hand or nearly by hand. We aren’t looking for someone using a WYSIWYG or other. All HTML and CSS needs to be standardized and easily edited (by hand) and adjustable. This should all be accomplishable using HTML5/CSS to make the site look good. We can add jQuery widgets and other items down the road. End Result: • A template of a website that is very easy to edit using standardized HTML tags that will render appropriately. We need to be able to take this template and use it in many places so we can easily use it in the applications we are developing. • A company stylesheet for rendering the page for when we add content using standard tags such as H1, H2, H3, H4, tables (theads, contents, etc), lists (ordered and unordered), etc. We will be reusing the stylesheet created as the standard for the apps we are making for the flight school. A completely reusable stylesheet compatible jQueryUI is a must. • End result will be a working website with each of the pages listed in the tree.
