Build a Website (desktop + mobile)

I need a desktop + mobile website for classifieds its specifically for colleges the user registers specifying the college,so is able to see the ads from that college only coming to the token system -the buyer sees the ad,then sends a token to the seller if seller accepts that token,then both the parties get contact info of the counter part then the chat capability is also unlocked this is purely classified,payment is not involved By sending token I mean a request to share contact info of each other. If the request is accepted then the contact info is shared and then they are able to chat with each other. The token system is to prevent spam (unwanted use). I need admin panel for managing categories,filtering listings etc signup -fb/email for all the categories the forms are [login to view URL] for books, I want some extra details For books I need ISBN, Subject pic + description + usage/age
