Build a Website for a Moving Company

I work for a general moving company in the State of Colorado. The company name is "Dolly-Llama". We do residential and smaller commercial moves. We're looking for someone to develop a website for us that looks custom and professional.
The website we are looking for would not need much of a back-end. Perhaps a "Contact Us" form which a customer can put in their name, number, description of what they need moved and have that emailed to us. That would be about it as far as PHP is concerned.
What we really need is beautiful front-end stating our name, number and what we do. Few pages would be needed for the website, 5-10 pages, with high similarity between them. You would have complete creative control over how the website looks and functions. If you need any blurbs written for the about us page, front page, or whatever else, contact us and we'll write something up.
Attached are our present logos and related pictures. The .tiffs have transparent backgrounds. Feel free to use them or create your own. Whatever you think is best.
