Build a Website for Tor Index

I am looking for a web script to index torrents, just like [login to view URL] . So this is what i am looking for: 1. it should have the capability to crawl torrent sites and dump their links onto sql db. So functionality wise it should be similar to torrentz2.is. This database should help in backing of data in case of any failure. The sites it should crawl are listed in - [login to view URL] 2. should have CSS for the style so that it can be edited. 3. there should be an option for the user to create account so that they can comment on the torrents. 4. should have an admin panel to change the way the site behaves. 4. there should be add banners. It should be placed on top,bottom and on the side of each pages. Adds should be managed via the admin panel. 5. the script should come with proper documentation so that it can be modified later. 6. It's should be a perfect clone of torrentz2.is. 7. for design layout you can have a look at [login to view URL] 8. the script should be efficient and once it is installed it should load very quickly on a decent server. Pre-requisites: you should posses the below knowledge before you bid. 1. you should know how [login to view URL] works. 2. you should know how torrents in general work. 3. Should be done in few weeks time. If it takes longer than that i would be forced to cancel it.
