Online quoting tool. Looks for a tool that you may have create recently or a template that you can integrate and improve. Requirements for this project - Must require user name/pw to login - Must be able to handle 30+ users at the same time without slowing down. - Ability to allow all users to enter data at the same time. - Admin has the ability to create different user levels for all users. Example user levels: • Sales Representative • Purchaser • Product Manager • Manager • President - Ability to import large lists of part #s that must be quoted into the system. - Ability to import large lists of part #s from suppliers into the system. - The system must be able to match up opportunities; based on the matching part #. (With a matching part #, the purchaser/sales representative must be notified of the match - The site is expected to show history on part # that were quoted (When searched) and purchased or supplier offered price.. - Ability to generate a quote in PDF format (That can be sent as an email from the system). - The ability to send suppliers a link to provide a quote that will be entered into the database live. These are some options that would be needed. IN order to apply; you must have something preexistant that I may try. Thanks
