Build a Website\make plugins for some software called pocketmine

Looking for a dev to build a forum for a Minecraft PE server, maybe in the future i would like plugins for a program called pocketmine that runs the mcpe server (also written in PHP) so that things like player stats can be linked with the website. I currently have a forum running on [login to view URL] if you would like to see how i have it set up now you can look at [login to view URL] its pretty simple nothing to fancy but the reason i seek a good dev is i have made a decent amount of money from donations to my game server and i would like it all to go back into the game as it should.
