Build a Website to manage whatsapp and telegram channels posting

i want a professional web developers that able to build script for managing whats app and telegram posting , feature i want in the script :

1- web application

2- membership portal for managing subscriptions and billing ( optional and we can use any other third party script to manage this )

3- ability to manage whatsapp campaign and Schedule it ( 1-1 post , broadcast , group posting )

4- ability to manage telegram channels , posting , Schedule content

5- reports for clicks on the shared links , and ability to export report as a pdf

6- ability to manage multi accounts on whatsapp and telegram channels
