Build a Website 'media uploader'

our site '[login to view URL]' will be a media upload site where users can upload videos, audios and images (HD) and also download media from our site. users can sign up through facebook / twitter. we need a freelancer who can create this website with a unique funky design. all pages are to be created including homepage, login/signup page, user profile page, upload page etc. not just design the site has to also be functional! user profile page should be like old youtube style where only a header and icon can be uploaded. also display uploaders files e.g audio, vids and images in 3 sections . so people can easily access. the kind of website we are looking for should be a mix of some websites. like weheartit. users should be able to favourite and save pictures easily. our aim is to create a fast and easy media upload site where users can upload media without signing up and share the URL like [login to view URL] . comments should be allowed on all uploads. our project is for freelancers that can create a website like weheartit and imgur but in a more impressive user friendly way. we heart it allows gifs and images but our aim is to expand that and allow audios and videos. videos of no more length than 2mins max and audios no longer than 3 mins. please only apply for this job if you think you can impress us. the picture attached is a rough example of what our site would include. the design ofcourse is not impressive. i hope you read through this carefully, thank you! looking forward to meet a greatly skilled freelancer.
