We am building a property venue listing website which will operate somewhere between Airbnb and https://hirespace.com. This will be focused on the South African market. We have notice that people struggle to find a good venue rental when looking for a wedding, conferences, parties ext. The idea is that accommodation owners could go onto the website and list their property like you would on Airbnb. Someone then seeking a good venue would be able to search and find something suitable on the website. They could check available dates and rates and view photo’s. If they would like to enquire an email would be sent to the venue and to my admin staff. Venue Owner 1. Venue owner signs up either with private email for with facebook 2. Email is sent and confirmed by Venue owner 3. Venue owner logins in to their new account and they are taken to dashboard 4. Venue owners must complete sections, Basic, Calendar, Description, Location, Photo, Amenities and request property to go live. 5. An email is sent to them once confirming their property is live. 6. They Can list and delist their property at any time. Person Looking for a Venue. 1. They either use a quick search or an advanced search to find a venue using Area, Occasion, Number people. Budget, dates available. 2. If they like a property they can enquire At a later stage I will add a message system to the website so the venue owner and the client message on the website I want to use Wordpress, PHP, CSS a theme and any plugins to give me the functionality. The website must be google friendly, load fast and be responsive. It must look good on mobile to. I thinking of using the theme Listify on Theme forest. If you have better suggestions please put in your proposal. I have started on the wireframe/screenflow attached. There will be about 18 pages in total. Maybe a few more pages if I have forgotten anything
