Build a count-up module into our website

We need someone to design and implement a couple of counters for our website. There would ideally be 2 counters under one heading, with a caption each. Each counter will count-up a statistic, ie. X $ spent since the beginning of the event, at a precise rate per second which we will supply.
The counters will be live for about a week.

We would need counters very similar to the ones on the bottom right corner there.
