Build login and membership section of Website

The website will need all functionality to accept payments and handle memberships. If there is something I have not included which is needed for the website to accept payments and have the ability to set up memberships then I will expect this to be done as this is my main requirement and the reason I am having this done by a freelancer is that I am unsure about how to set a website up to handle this type of membership and payment system. The website Is currently coded in html and css format. Requirements: 1: Create login system for the website and attach this to the buttons on my website. You will need to create a page where the user can input there details for sign up This should be professional looking inline with the style of my website. This system should be responsive and work on all devices. There will also need to be an option for the user to reset their password. You will need to create any databased that are needed. The details needed to be captured upon sign up are: First name Surname Email Address password 2. Create membership system for the website with user being directed to appropriate content for their membership. There is 3 options of membership. If user signs up to a free trial then no payment details will need to be taken and the user is directed to the free trial section of the website. If user signs up to monthly or yearly subscription then payment details will need to be captured from the user and a recurring payment set up for that user. The user will have the option to cancel the membership at anytime. The website will use paypal business to handle the payments, I need the checkout page customised to match the feel of my website. 3. I have 3 forms on 3 different pages. The forms essentially the same. When a user submits the form i need to details of the form to be captured along with the users logged in email address. This information then needs to be sent to my support email address. The email I receive needs to contain the information in the form and the users logged in email.
