Build new Website

In short, I wanted to save my money and I hired a bit cheaper freelancers, but now I see that I need to pay twice. I have already spent 1500.00 dollars for my project. As the proverb: skinflint pays twice. Existing page is bad and does not work properly. Freelancers at this time corrects their mistakes, but I see that they are too weak for this job. Current site is running on Magento platform, now I think that it's really not the best option for my variant. I have in my shop just a few products, around 10-20. I am open to ideas, platform can be and different -Page loading almost 18 seconds before the image appears. While my server and internet is good enough to load pages very fast and quickly. -It is full of errors I have bought this Responsive Magento Theme from [login to view URL] -Design is also too much variegated for our products.
