Build an online booking booking engine/form for car rental

The project is to build a very simple online booking engine for a car rental service. This booking engine will be integrate with the following wordpress site: www.nairobicar.com. The booking engine needs to look very elegant. It does not need any kind of inventory management as the inventory is unlimited.
The flow of the booking engine is the following:
1) Chose car based on 4 different car types
2) Choose pick up date and delivery date.
3) Choose pick up point and delivery point. This will either be a pre determined location or "other" where the client can specify where he want the car to be delivered / picked up
4) Add any extras
5) Summary page with confirmation and price depending on the category of the car / duration of rental / if the pick up point and delivery point is different / and the extras that are chosen
6) Register contact details of client, including payment information
7) Send confirmation and receipt.
