Hello! I need a developer that can build me a mobile website template that will contain a few forms for internal use. I also need the design for a backend-webpage where the data should be processed. The backend-page does not need to be mobile-friendly as it will only be used on a desktop computer. I will do the PHP implementation because it needs to communicate with our CRM system. So basically, what I need is a nice looking HTML5 template with mobile support.
