I need to hav a login screen and on loggin in a view, insert, update and delete functionality should work
On click of insert button a new record would b inserted into the data.
On click of update button it should allow me to edit the data with an edit button and done button
On click of delete button it would open the entire database on the screen with a checkbox and delete button at the bottom of the page which would also enable multiple selection with the checkboxes.

I can create a view/insert/update/delete page like you described. I will need more information on what data you wish to enter, but it can definitely be done. I would use PHP and MySQL for this.
