CRACK MIATA GAMING - repost

Hello, I'm currently looking for a new freelancer designer to help in the development of my website. My last designer failed in this task walking away with my money and abandoning the project. I need somebody whose reliable, communicative, and dedicated in helping with this project. Crack Miata is a online gaming community that focuses on three games: Natural-Selection 2, Minecraft, and League of Legends. I'm looking for a designer who can help design a single custom theme website that fits our needs. Right now I'm only looking to pay for the design and conversion of the .psd files to html since I have a coder on stand-by. I would be open to negotiating a deal that brokers both the design & coding work depending on the price. What's important to me is that my community should have a single website that can bring us all together. I need features such as forums, game tracking, roster listing, and social blogging features integrated into the website such as twitch.tv. The design work should be centered around invision board which will offer all the main functionality that we need. But what you see is the general layout I am looking for and would like to have a fresh new design for the website going forward including a logo. If all goes well I would love to have you as our official designer that I could contract further Crack Miata content for such as future logo designs for various games!
