I need a web/mobile app that will: 1. Allow users to create an account/sign up (can link existing social media accounts). 2. Upload photos, text, files or URL. 3. An OCR plug-in will scrape the text and convert to PHP. 4. The PHP text will then be uploaded and the "MonkeyLearn" API will be run. It must: Extract keywords from text in English. Keywords should be compounded by one or more words and are defined as the important topics in the content and will be used to index the data. 5. A list will be given to the user of the most relevant keywords and translated to a language of their choice. This list must have the ability to be saved to the user's profile and an open source database available for others to search for similar topics. (Ability to share content uploaded). One the front page of the site a newsfeed with most recent activity should be displayed (similar to Reddit). 6. Lastly, each word should be put into a flash card format with the ability to choose an image that corresponds with the keyword (Bing image slide bar for the user to choose). An example sentence with the relevant keyword from the text uploaded should be linked (one sentence example).
