Create WP Landing Pages and Property Listing page and activate membership

We have a wordpress real estate website based on AVADA Theme.
We want to modify our website to have the following:
- 4 new stunning and converting landing pages - Signup should be linked to infusionsoft
- Change/Improve the property listing page to look more like this [url removed, login to view]
- Modify the listing page to require visitors to create an account before they can access the full content. Similar to Instagram where it requires you to login as you scroll down before you can see the rest of the content.
- Allow users to create account and have profile on the website.
- Allow users to login using their Facebook, Linkedin, twitter and instagram accounts or create a new account.
- Allow Level2 users to create and post property listing.
- Create property posting page similar to this : [url removed, login to view]
- The design got to be mobile friendly and responsive
We want to have this complete within 3 days.
The listing page/content page should operate like https://www.pinterest.com/rondas/crafty-candle-ideas/ when you scroll down, you are required to either create and account or login
