Create PHP website with calendar scheduling features

Need experts who can create PHP, jQuery website using provided mockups. Standard business website. We will provide all original mockup files. Website is dynamic, database driven site to be created using pure PHP / MySQL. Site requires payment capabilities using [login to view URL] and Paypal. Requires smart developers who are comfortable with working with event calendar scheduling. Ideal candidate has solid graphic design skills and is able to improve upon the mockups with his/her own style and creativity. Site Components: 1. Quick-Start Wizard a. Asks you several basic questions to define your car and driving information b. Calendar allows you to pick the days you drive c. Asks information about common driving patterns d. Generates initial driving schedule for year based on earlier questions 2. Calendar Scheduling a. Displays familiar day/week/month/year calendar display b. Allows user to add/edit/delete scheduled events (ie: drives) c. Supports one-time and recurring events 3. Check Out a. Allows preview of calendar schedule (including totals) before payment b. Allows selection of payment plan and payment by Stripe or Paypal c. User can request PDF, Spreadsheet XLS, Spreadsheet CVS or Text file output d. Delivery after payment via email or download 4. My Account a. Allows updating of basic questions from Quick-Start wizard about car and driving information b. Allows user to sign-up for membership c. Allows user to update account (email, password) or delete account 5. Admin a. Includes user administration b. Reporting dashboard to show revenue, unique site visitors, membership counts c. Reporting be flexible to allow date ranges 6. General a. Site landing page with links to blog entries and main tool b. Additional pages: Login, Signup, Logoff, Password Reset, Contact Us, Blog, About c. System must generate the following emails: new user welcome message, password reset, email generated log, account expiring soon, recurring billing failure. d. Website should maintain session data and make it easy for user to go backwards/forwards through site ****Development Process Guidelines**** Must complete entire site and reach 100% completion (as defined below in Milestones) within 30 days. Must be cross-browser compatible (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) and W3C compliant. Serious inquiries only. XHTML CSS PHP experts only. jQuery pop-ups and image shadow roll-over functionality required. Bidder must provide - Samples of work completed of successful PSD to XHTML CSS conversions. ****Milestones**** 10% - Winning bidder will need to provide database design schema and outline of website architecture. 20% - Completion of landing page and three additional page before completing remaining pages. 50% - Winning bidder will provide half of pages in CSS / XHTML format – 75% - Winning bidder will provide all working PHP, CSS / XHTML to our server and we will begin testing. 100% - Winning bidder's pages pass complete mockup comparison and functional testing, browser compatibility testing on client's hosting service. PROJECT is COMPLETE. Terms - Payment on 100% completion and passes installation, mockup page comparison, browser compatibility test and functionality test.
