Create Print and Packaging Designs for Nutritional Supplement

Hey Future Designer Hero,
i am looking for a designer that knows how to do print ready design properly. I've already designed the label for the supplement product in photoshop but i need someone to do it for me with a vector based program so that the file can be scaled up later.
Ive attached the following:
- the design we already did and want to be "translated" into a vector based design
-a file with all the printer marks and where the design has to be placed in
I need the following:
- the exact same logo we already designed just as a print ready pdf file with the exact same sizes (140mmx55mm) -> You will just use the template i gave you and use it as a guideline to where to put the content and then send it again.
- the label file as an illustrator or indesign file (we some vector based file if a change has to be made later on)
- Everything that has a yellow color tone in the logo. namely the name of the product and some of the icons should be printed in "gold" color at the end, so you would need to know what to do (HPI Layers)
- According to our manufacturer the height of the small "x" in the font should not be smaller or at least the height of 1,1mm -> so it will still be readable.
- Color Profile should be CMYK (But of course you know that as a good designer ;-))
