Create a nice graphic for a small workflow

I've attached an example of what our application currently has for a 3 step process graphic. We want this graphic to be more visually appealing, so we are looking for a graphic designer to create us a new version. It needs to have a starting point which says "Today" & "Current State", the middle part needs to be an arrow saying "How we get there" & "Strategy", and the last section needs to say "Future" & "Vision". It needs to look much nicer than the current version attached. You can see the colors we are using in the image that we need to blend with. We will need 3 graphics, one for a large display (computer), one for a tablet display (iPad), and one for a mobile display (iPhone). These graphics should be in the following sizes: Large: 800px wide x 120px high Medium: 400px wide x 80px high Small: 250px wide x 50px high We do not want the same graphic resized in three different sizes, we want three distinct graphics designed to ensure the text is readable on all three sizes and looks good in all three sizes. We want the ability to provide feedback on the graphics and request changes if necessary. The winning bidder of this project agrees that upon payment for the project, all rights to the graphics designed as part of this project will be transferred to the buyer. All source files for the graphics (PS files, AI files, etc.) should also be provided as part of the end deliverable. Only original designs should be created and no third-party graphics for which the bidder does not have permission to transfer ownership should be used as part of the design.
