Create responsive template to real estate website

I have a wireframe with 3 pages (home, search results, listing details) and I need to create a template, follow these steps:
1) Create home template and send to aproove;
2) Convert template to html (bootstrap 3, jquery, html5);
3) Validate elemets functionality (like forms, photo gallery etc);
Must to be responsive layout, with bootstrap 3 and jquery.
No backend code is required, but all three pages must be functional (with demo data).
