Create a simple logo - open to bidding

I need a logo created for my company, I'm looking for a very simplistic/minimal style graphic image, along with the company name next to it. The main use will be on a website, but potentially on other items such as slides or business cards. The image I have in mind is an S (or possibly a double S--one thinner S inside of a much thicker S), and flames coming up off the S (or the outer S if there are two). Again, this look is desired to be minimal and flat looking. I'm thinking I'd like this encapsulated inside of a circle, but that does not have to be the case--depends on which would look better. An example similar to what I mean is the black circle around the icon like this: [login to view URL] But this is a better example of the look I want for the flames (the simplistic style of shape and color): [login to view URL] Company name is Scorching Sun Productions, "Scorching Sun" should be prominent (bigger/thicker), and "Productions" should be much smaller and appear right below "Scorching Sun". I want the style of font to be modern, I like Helvetica Neue but that doesn't have to be the font used, it's just an idea of the look I'm going for. I need this in an editable file type of .eps or .ai. I'm hoping this description gives an idea of what I have in mind, and if you can think of a great, imaginative way to express my desire that may be somewhat different, you have creative license to do what you think will be the best result.
