Custom website Design with admin panel and user end

Hello Freelancers,

I need a website which is meant for creating an e-library website for the purpose of students and staffs controlled by administrator.

*Administrator should able to create staff or student with an unique ID

*Admin should be able to set permissions for staffs and students to see only there respective study materials respectively.

*In students side: He or she should see a welcome screen on first tab. on second tab student should see only his/her respective study materials (controlled by admin). on third tab general forum page(common to all)

*In staffs side:first tab - welcome tab. second tab - his/her study or references book. third tab-forum page (common to all)
