Design an App Mockup

This is car inspection app I would like help to design around 5 android application screens (see pictures) need color selection for the entire form Icons design for tab UI layout, and usability!! - important application layout flow is right to left. application is multilingual tabs on the top are : tab should get different color once selected. [login to view URL] / contains inspection details key point for starting this application is user entering the v_plate (car plate) without this nothing should be available, so maybe it needs to be a popup when application starts? need to show error around odometer when its missing data (red highlighting and caption?) [login to view URL] - when the user submits the inspection application requires two signatures need design of alert popup where signatures are not there or invalid data submitted [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] screen where user can input dates and pictures dates are from date picker and pictures from camera or from gallery need the design of the page with date picker open , and example when [login to view URL] this is accordion sections, screen will start all collapsed, then each section contains: title sub title free text box check box if everything is ok on this test each section should contain check box if everything is ok on this section as well need multiple designs showing all collapsed, parts collapsed all open etc need to show section selected, need to show picture selected vs picture not selected [login to view URL] - 2 section diagnostics screen where user can see: top level is a db table information with scroll bar bottom level is free text log file with scroll bar available action is email - user to input email in popup then hit send
