Design a Book/Memoir Cover

I would like a picture for a memoir/book I have written. I would like the picture to have four people (a little girl, a teenager, a young lady, and a professional woman), getting taller as it goes a long (rather like the evolution picture with the monkeys turning into humans, but this time a little girl turning into a woman. In particular, I would like the little girl to be sitting holding her knees up to her chest, looking vulnerable and the professional woman looking empowered. I would like there to be a mountain in the background, increasing in size with the growing women.
