Hi Shqipe, Why would you want something created in flash when flash is no longer supported? Will this app be available for iOS and android or will you want it to be for web browsers as well? Do you have a live stream video upstream available for testing? What type of setup are you currently using to broadcast the Albanian tv channels on your website? Are you using wowza server? Do you have licensing for each channel that is not free to air? Which Albanian channels will you be broadcasting and from what regions?
