I am a Realtor who is rebranding. I just changed to eXp Realty, so their logo will have to be located on my information. Though it should not be front and center.
Our name is the Oak Knoll Group. I am Leigh Adams, REALTOR, owner and chief collaborator. I'm going for classic yet hip to attract millenials and young families. I live in a cool, artsy large city. The Oak Knoll Group strives to be a "one stop shop" for all real estate and property needs. We have a team of everything from mortgage lenders to title company to plumbers to contractors. Our aim is to "go local", utilize resources within our own neighborhood, act collectively and promote collaboration between each member to best serve our clientele. We aim to come from a place of contribution. Our main focus is on helping the seller achieve targeted renovations to prepare for selling and to help buyers remodel to live in the home of their dreams. The Oak Knoll area we are targeting is very diverse culturally (including many internationals from China, India and the Middle East.) There are also many young families. The surrounding schools are the cream of the crop in our area, so education is of HIGH value. Home owners here are saavy, yet there are many long-timers here as well who will be looking to sell soon in hopes of downsizing.
A great place to start with design will be for a logo. This will be used for all marketing materials including: email signatures, newsletters, mailers, t-shirts, real estate signs, websites, etc.
Here are a couple of real estate ads that I find attractive. I'm going for clean/crisp and simple. Please don't send me any house or key logos. It's overdone. I'm hoping for unique, creative and catchy.

To start, I'm going for a small project- logo design. Then if it's a match and is reasonable, there could be potential to create all the remaining materials including web design.
