Design a Logo

Hi Freelancers, I need a logo to be created. I have basic concept. You just need to use your illustrator skills. I need strictly professional designer. so newbies please don't post a proposal. Here is the guideline. > please refer the concept attached below. >from the top it looks like paddle board(do google image search of "stand up paddle board brands"). >in the bottom it has two arrows. >you can make it either crossed sideview like concept or flat like this https://www.iconfinder.com/icons/292487/arrows_direction_up_up_arrow_icon#size=128 >preferred colors are blue and red >I want you to follow some latest guideline like flaticon or long-shadow or google material design etc. >please do it as fast as possible I need it in 7 hours Lets make this easier for both parties please send me a 128x128 jpeg file along with your proposal and I'll show that to my client. and we select best 2 of them and ask them for .ai and .eps file after paying them. I am sorry we are little low on budget. I can pay 2 persons 300 each (300 for 1 design). Please take it as a trial project. If we like your work then we have other big projects for you.
