Design a Logo for match making team

I am working in a team called match making which basically recommend good freelancers to employers. I am looking for a good logo for our team. There is no specific criteria other than it should be recognisable if used small, for example at the top of a page header. it also should be in vector format. I prefer blue tones something like freelancer.com logo.
