Design a Website Mockup

Looking for an experienced UX expert. The requirements are largely done. However, they need some thought re if the functionality of the app could me executed in a more elegant way. The end deliverable would be psds or sketch for the developers.
The perfect candidate would be someone who has designed lots of apps, loves thinking about navigation, transitions, and how to simplify complex concepts.
On the design front, this is a reasonably simple app and does not require lots of animation or complex graphic design, like My T-Mobile website. (The most complex thing graphically would be a simple font type logo and a few icons.) Where you will add the most value is helping us think about how we can simplify the navigation / functionality and provide a simple but elegant interface.
We on a bit of a tight schedule and hence it would be ideal if you have loads of experience and can help us just bang this out
