Design UI for iOS and Android App

We are looking for a graphic designer to help us design and create the UI elements for our iOS and Android mobile app.
We have a rough layout and wireframe, but the selected designer is free to use his/her creativity to enhance our UI.
The app is a relatively small app of about 5-6 pages only.
We will require 3 different variations of the UI to choose from. Upon completion and payment, designer will transfer all ownership of the designs to us.
Please provide links or send us samples of your previous works. We will not answer or select any bids that do not provide your previous works
