Design 3'x4' sidewalk signs

I have an existing EPS file for 3'x4' full-color one-sided signs I need updated.
I need a couple words removed and a few added but no major changes to the layout or colors.
I would like the middle section to now say "LAPTOPS AND PC SERVICE" instead of "LAPTOPS PHONES AND PC"
The top section should say $40 FLAT-RATE and be attention grabbing instead of "WE REPAIR"
Those are the only two changes necessary but suggestions for making the sign more eye-catching and effective would always be appreciated.
The finished file should be ready to print large format 3'x4' full-color signs.
