Design some Icons

Hello - I am in need of graphics which will turned into buttons used for an incentive program. I need a total of 13 graphics to start with. The graphics used will represent accomplishments team members hit. Below are all of the accomplishments which need buttons made for. I have attached a document illustrating ideas for certain buttons. 1) DPMO – This represent our quality metric. Maybe have Peccy (see attachment) with a banner across his chest. 2) Safety Ninja – See attachment. I would like the design to follow what is shown but look more professional. 3) Rate Champion – This button will be awarded to associates who hit the highest rate 4) Perfect Attendance 5) Wall of Fame 6) Team Record Button – Associates will receive this button who are on a team which breaks a record. 7) Tenure Button – Awarded to associates who have worked 1 year, 2 year, etc. Each button should be different colored based on year. 8) GM Button – Button given out by the general manager of the building. 9) PA – The button should look like the graphic in the attachment but more professional. Colors of the vest should match attachment. 10) Process Guide - The button should look like the graphic in the attachment but more professional. Colors of the vest should match attachment 11) Ambassador - The button should look like the graphic in the attachment but more professional. Colors of the vest should match attachment 12) Problem Solver - The button should look like the graphic in the attachment but more professional. Colors of the vest should match attachment 13) Certified Smarty - The button should look like the graphic in the attachment but more professional. Colors of the vest should match attachment
