Design some Stationery (Editable Marketing Brochure)

Hi Freelancers!! I am looking to design an editable brochure! We are a small boutique real estate agency. You brochure must be editible in Microsoft Word or Publisher but probably MS Word preferred. We will use this template over and over again for each new property we have! When we obtain new listings we will use your template to upload the photos and features etc.... We are after the following; *MUST INCLUDE OUR COROPORATE COLOURS *MUST INCLUDE OUR BRANDING LOGO OF REM *WE PREFER MINIMAL YET IMPACTING *MUST PROVIDE ROOM TO LIST FEATURES *MUST PROVIDE ROOM TO LIST HEADING *MUST PROVIDE A TEMPLATE TO CHANGE REPS NUMBERS CONTACT DETAILS ETC We are are happy if the brochure is 2 sided. This is fine. We don't want to compromise on size for soem of the photos. If it is 2 sided we want enough room for around 8-10 photos. Perhaps also give an option of a 1 sided as sometimes photos are not suitable for all properties. I have attached a file of a recent brocuhure we have used....
