Design whole website which comes with a script

Hello Designers, Need a skilled and experienced web designer to design my new website. The website comes with a revenue share php script (scriptBolt) and I need people who have tremendous experience in design works of similar kind. Designer will be selected based on their previous portfolios of similar kind. The maximum budget is fixed is $50 to $125 and expect the design to be completed in 10 days after selecting the designer. Exceptional job will be provided with 5- 10% extra reward. And failure to comply with the 10 day limit will be charged with 2% deductions in fee each day with active reward of 5-10% mentioned above. Requirements: 1. 3D Glossy design and effects to the whole pages of the website. 2. Professional logo 3. Three slider images in the homepage ( Images will be given from my side only) 4. Redesign of the whole pages. The view ad pages should be integrated with official logo Payments will be processed via paypal to freelancers from outside India and to bank to Indian designers.
