Interior design of a residential flat

I have an appartment and I need some INTERIOR DESIGN "modern style" . Since Most of the designs will cover everything, therefore, I need below Essential deliverables to be clearly mentioned: 1. All sizes 2. colours names and degree of colors 3. types of tiles 4. doors colors and doorknob style 5. electrical systems and equipment arrangements (ac power plugs) 6. Including the surface finishing shall consider a clear description of the following primary elements: • details about the gypsum board if it is part of the design (height and thickness) • clear explanation on which type was selected in each room & toilet either ceramic tile, quarry tile, pavers, mosaic • dropped ceiling or coffered ceiling (but it should not impact the room height), • flooring – wide plank, terrazzo, carpet • marble to be minimized to max. • wall covering, wallpaper, • paint, wood stain, faux finishing • staff (a type of artificial stone) • wood finishing if any. • furnishings • no need for heating system in the home since iam staying in warm zone. • artificial stone. • decorative metal • "openings" include doors & windows • plumbing fixtures and equipment • paneling • wood panel locations if used as part of the design to be clearly specified by color name. • molding if any • windows style casement or sliding. • lights design and view must be smart and nice looking Note: Attached layout is having 2 apartments, mine is left side. ..
