Make changes to my wordpress website

I own a business where clients can subscribe (online) to one of 3 services. Each of the services has options.
My website is a customised Wordpress site that has been modified with "page-templates".
I want to change one of the pages (and add about 3 child pages). I use Gravity Forms and the change would also include 3 to 4 new forms for browsers to submit applications for my services.
It simple in that there is no payment required at the time of signing up for a service because we invoice them through Xero accounting software.
