A WordPress Theme using User Profiles, Questions

The job is to build a WordPress theme that primarily uses the User functionality of WordPress. The result of the job should be a highly customizable web application that achieves the following three goals: Goal 1: Regular users can register and answer questions to create a profile Any user should be able to register using his name, e-mail address (this should be his login), and password. Please make it easy for us to add addition fields or edit existing fields in the future. If some programming is required to change this, that’s ok, just include instructions at the end how to change it. After registering, the user will need to answer a list of questions. If the user has already answered a list of questions he should see his personal profile page. Important The questions that the user has to answer will be provided but two things are extremely important: We want to be able to edit the questions and answers easily (add, edit, delete) Questions should be placed in GROUPS (we want to add, edit, delete groups!) The answers to questions should be stored in the database so we can access them later. We want to be able to access the questions using the $wpdb class at a later point ourselves. Goal 2: Administrators should be able to see all users and their profiles. Any administrator of the website should be able to login to WP-Admin and see all users that registered, and see their profile pages. Administrators should also be able to de-activate users, no longer allowing them to login. Goal 3: Display a profile page The profile page should contain the user information (name, e-mail address) and the user should be allowed to edit this information (after clicking on some sort of ‘edit’ button). Underneath the personal information the answers that the user filled out should be listed. Basically just list the questions again, but also list the answers. Users CANNOT change their answers or resubmit them.
