Do some 3D Modelling

We’re looking for a 3D modeller/designer We have 10 3D living room models which are made in 3DS MAX 2009 and VRAY 1.5. Please see renderings of the 3d models in attachment. We want to use these 3D models to showcase paintings we sell. Our goal is to modify the 3D models so that the main focus is on the paintings instead of the room as a whole. As you can see in the renderings in every room there is a wall suited for a painting but in some cases there are either TVs, other paintings or lights, etc. on the wall. We would like you to: • Remove these unneccessary objects so that we can later add the paintings on the wall in photoshop; • Remove all paintings from all walls; • Reposition the camera and possibly change the arrangement of the room so that the main focus would be on the wall where we can later put our paintings. It is very crucial not to lose the feel of the room. (see the shaded not-rendered image attached – feel free to remove some objects or reposition them in the room to better showcase the wall where the painting will be); • Render the image as photo-reallistic as possible. (See the original renderings attached) We're looking for one render per each room - 10 renders in total. To make a decision we would like to see your portfolio.
