I am looking for someone to make a website. Very low budget I have. I would prefer work at home individuals or students as the works is simple and no "companies" or "firms" please waste my time .
The website should have around 10-12 pages i suppose.

You must have Skype+mic for easy communication during the project. If u don't then do not bid ans waste out time
In your proposal mention the approximate total amount u need to create a 12 page simple website else i won't consider your bid.

Perfection takes time so i would say it would take 4 days of designing. My speed depends how much free time I have from college.
