Creating HTML 5 version of already existing website to so called Mobile Friendly Website

Dear Developer, Re: Creating HTML 5 version of already existing website or so called Mobile Friendly Website Please consider all the points below before considering the bid for the project. I will be talking in non technical (simple) language about the requirements.   It is already built Classified Website. It is not right now mobile friendly for Google Mobile Friendliness Test. Therefore, it is required to built all pages of the website into Mobile Friendly. The required needed for the Finalising the Project: - all pages on the website to be 100 % mobile friendly. Also, you will be required to have knowledge in: - Linux Server (minimising / maximising partitions of the server); - Working in Plesk; - Transferring website to one Linux Server to another Linux Server; - Expanding / Adding new features if and when required; - Understanding Meta Data, SEO and its purpose; After completion the project we will look at hiring you on permanent basis for the website as "maintenance support" or so called "website support". For that you will receive monthly maintenance fees. In the order to proceed, we will need "proven track record", i.e. previous completed project(s) similar to the current projects and references from them. Also, the agreement with the successful candidate will need to be signed. You will need to be able to work with schedules with completion within agreed timeframes.  All details to be provided during initial interview. Many thanks
